We chose to introduce a new brand which is Subway to the Moroccan . Subway is a fast food restaurant chain that
exists in several parts of the world, and proposes franchises for people who
want to grasp this opportunity. The reason for our choice is the fact that
subway offers healthy products. Its international marketing strategy is shown
through its slogan: “Eat Fresh”.
Not
only is the healthy food campain a good opportunity for Subway in Morocco, but
in addition to this, the company does not impose raw material or imported
precooked products. Rather it gives freedom to the franchiser to use local
goods in order to produce the food. Not only is this a lot healthier than using
food from imported goods, but it is also less costly for the franchiser, though
this is done with certain regulations. In addition to this, Subway Restaurants
allow their clients to choose what to include in their sandwich, which hence
gives a variety of choices for clients, and increases the opportunities of the
franchiser, with contrast to other fast food restaurant brands, where the menus
are strict and choice is limited.
